By accessing and using the Scipio Capital Advisors website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Investment Eligibility
Participation in the Scipio Capital Advisors Notes program is limited to qualified accredited investors as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Investors must complete the accredited investor verification process before investing.
Risk Disclosure
An investment in the Notes program involves risk. The Notes are not a deposit or other bank account and are not insured by the FDIC or any governmental or non-governmental entity. All investments are senior, unsecured debt obligations of Scipio Capital Advisors Services. You should read the Private Placement Memorandum carefully before making an investment decision.
Account Minimums
The minimum initial investment is $10,000. Accounts maintaining an average monthly balance below $10,000 will be assessed a $5 monthly fee. Accounts falling below a $250 average monthly balance will be closed.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. By participating in the Notes program, you consent to the jurisdiction of applicable U.S. courts.
